Turning left(north) out of here is a joke. Otherwise… it’s a QT and life is quik and clean. The clientele is good here as well, so that helps a bit. I actually enjoy the new Sumatra coffee they have. Of course, that means they’ll probably get rid of it soon. LOL

I love QT. They guarantee their gas, they treat their employees with respect which makes them happy people and they cover most of my needs. The last time I came to QT I was sitting at the left turn light for 6 cycles just to get into the parking lot. I glanced at the middle eastern owned convenience store across the street and saw the owner in an empty parking lot waving to cars waiting for QT. No I told myself, I want the black berry unsweetened tea! Once through the signal I sat in the parking lot waiting for a spot. I watched musical cars play chicken while they fought for gas stalls. I finally got to the front of the line when an old lady backed up into the stall I was waiting for! I couldn’t get out and yell at an old lady, that’s just uncouth. I gave up and decided to go to the gas station across the street. I know their tea won’t be as good, there gas won’t be guaranteed but I was sick of waiting! I got into the exit line of cars and waited. I watched the small middle eastern man across the street shrivel up and die while sitting in what seemed like the grandview triangle at rush hour. In the time it took me to exit QT the non nondescript gas station across the street had closed due to lack of business. QT is worse than Walmart when it comes to shutting down small businesses. Not one gas station within a quarter mile of a QT can compete. Now I have an empty tank and dry mouth for lack of gas and tea.

I like all Quiktrips, but this is one of my favorite ones — spotless restrooms, self-service drinks, brilliantly lit, and a friendly non-creepy greeting from the cashier even at the oddest of hours. It makes stopping for gas & coffee at 4am almost painless.
