This beautiful, peaceful park is bordered on three sides by houses, and on the east side by a lightly-traveled section of Lamar Ave. There is a 0.46 mile path around the fishing lake, two piers, a play area, a picnic shelter, tables, benches, a drinking fountain, and parking. The sounds of bird calls were in the air, but there wan’t a lot of shade.
