Don’t waste your time and more importantly your money. We pre-​occupied our home in Prairie Village because we were doing a 203K loan which allows $$ for renovations. Swan Rep came out and went over requirements plus wish list and our closing was dependent upon them writing up bid based on FHA inspection. My wife emailed and called their office for over 2 weeks and did not hear back. She even said that if they didn’t want to do the work that we needed to know so we could get someone else. Swan Rep wasn’t a grown enough man to answer that they weren’t going to take job until we owed additional earnest $$ and rental $$. Don’t put yourself in a bad position with them in the first place.
