T-Mobile

Had a great experience here. We were helped by Jordan, who was very patient with us, even though technology is not my forte. Even saved us money on our bill every month.

I got helped by a girl name Judy, she gave great service! But the reason this store got a 2 star from be is because of the way I heard the manager of the store speak to this older couple.
I did not get his name but he had seemed to not have a clue of a lot of things…
first off I walk in and was greeted immediately, I wouldn’t usually come to this store but I was upgrading a phone and they were the closes store to me that had the phone I wanted and I had already called 5 stores in the area. (when I called the girl said there were a few of these phones left) when I walked in and told the manager what I wanted he said they didn’t have anymore, I said I called and they girl who answered checked and said they had a few more. Then I was like, it’s $ 0 down right because that’s what it is online but your tag still says $ 99, so he looks it up and says, ooh ya, it is… then I go walk around and wait because for some odd reason he didn’t really help me after that. (he made it seem like the computer he was using couldn’t do upgrades although he did do one on that same computer while I was there)
So as I’m wondering around the store, I overhear an elderly couple complaining and basically wanting a «free» phone which Tmobile no longer does because they no longer do contracts, which this couple was not understanding because they were still bind in a contract. The sales guy wasn’t getting through to them so the manager comes over and tries to explain. (in a very patronizing manner) he says to them, «you look like intelligent people, let me try to explain this so you understand.» That to me sounds very insulting and very rude. And then he told them that their plan had changed or something and they said no it didn’t, and he said, «well Joe, didn’t wake up and change it this morning on you or anything». WTF
Man took everything in me to not say something…
But all in all I got what I needed and Judy was nice

The managers name is Mike and he runs an incredible operation @ this location. His employees go completely out of their way to take care of you and make sure that everything is resolved the first time before you leave. I highly recommend this T-​Mobile location for future wireless needs. Thanks again Mike and crew for taking care of me and providing exceptional customer service.
