All UPS stores are the same-I drop items off at least twice a month to be shipped out. Most of the items I drop off are pre-labeled. They tape them up for me and give me a receipt so I can track the package.
I have shipped a few items out that were not pre-labeled and I have no complaints.
Parking is easy here-my only issue is no one is ever out front when you walk in. They are always in the back-but the door has a jingle bell on it so they meet you.
Worker personalities are not super duper happy or pleasant but I am sure they are bored and cheap labor.
Never had an issue with this place and until I do I will continue to go.

The store not opening until 8 a.m. is already a push for business people who need to get in earlier. And one would think with the store being located in a heavily business popluated area, they would open earlier or would be open at their said opening time. However, twice recently, I have been at the store at their opening time and have waited until 8:15 with no one still in the store/the store open. At that point, I finally give up, not knowing how late it is by the time someone finally arrives to open the store. If you can get into the store, the service seems to be okay… but I wouldn’t recommend counting on them to be open in the morning on time.
