I was pleased with the two products that I purchased here for Christmas presents. The salesman was helpful without being pushy. The only reason why I’m not giving this place five stars is because I felt like he conveniently left out that while you pay $ 3.00 per word engraved on an item, there’s a $ 6.00 minimum. I thought that my total was pretty high and skimmed through the receipt before figuring this out. Luckily, I was able to grab the sheet where I wrote what I wanted engraved and put a second word on there. Kind of sneaky, I thought.
