They can’t even fix what they Calle da «glitch» in there own system. I had to lower the review to 1 star.
The website CDM is tedious and simple tasks take too many steps to complete. If someone sends me an email and they are not in my database I cannot send them one back also it doesn’t show the time they sent the email. Not even if I’m on it partially. It takes 6 – 7 steps to complete a phone call and the only good thing I have discovered is there customer service is really good. I just wish the people that designed there customer system knew something about the car business. A nerd might get a hard on staring at his computer screen trying to figure things out but I want to get through my tasks so I can actually do some thing productive like greet a customer to make a sale.

A cool system with some great features, BUT, the are having severe growing pains. Their support department is very hit or miss. If you get someone who has been there a while, they might be able to help you, but more likely you will get a newbie who knows less about the system than you do. They seem completely inept at solving problems, often responding months after the initial inquiry.
