Offers every ice cream you could possibly want to complete a summer day. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and I’ve never been disappointed.
I love the Flurries, Waffle Cones, and the wide range of flavors. The soft serve is delicious and easily customizable. There are plenty of toppings, sundae options, and sizes. Everyone will be happy with the selection here!
The prices are good, the portions impressive, and there’s indoor and outdoor seating. A local classic.

If you need an intense sugar rush, get the birthday cake milkshake. Cake batter, sprinkles and chocolate whipped cream. You may pass out from diabetes shortly afterwards, but it’ll be a good trip.

We were driving from Rochester to Ithaca and neglected to eat before we left Rochester. Once we got on 96, we couldn’t find any food — but then we passed the «Try Our Reubens» sign on Village Soft Serve! We were glad we did! Great sandwiches, excellent ice cream, and really nice people. Yes it is just a comfortable, dated, tiny town joint — but satisfied our desire for a local, non-​chain lunch quite well.

They serve soft serve and hard ice cream. Wine ice cream!
My boyfriend had the mint chip hard ice cream in a homemade waffle bowl. I had vanilla custard.
It’s open until 10 pm. They also feature a full menu. Cheeseburgers, fries and sandwich fare.
Cute. A bit dated in décor but the ice cream satisfied the craving.
