Wasn’t even a big pasta fan, but saw the reviews and decided to order it with eat24 and picked it up. Loved it… will be back

Two words: fresh pasta! This place makes its own pasta daily and drops it to order, which all Italian places should be forced to do. It makes a big difference in how hot it comes out and the texture of the pasta.
The sauces, although also done fresh, leaves something to be desired. It just needs more oomph in salt and seasoning in my opinion.
Also, management may want to teach the sampler guy to take notes from other vendors in the food court. While others were hustling to get people to try their bourbon chicken or whatnot, CupPasta’s dude was busy talking to his buddies for the entire time we were there… like 45 minutes. Maybe bring him back to help in the kitchen as there was only one lady running the register and cooking leaving me very nervous that my pasta would be overcooked as she was busy running around.
Overall, would come back for the fresh pasta, but they do have room to grow.

I ordered Lasagna for my work team and it was amazing. Will definitely use them again.

Normally don’t rate food court spots but this Place is really good. Pasta is fresh Mamma Rosa sauce is great! You wait a little bit because again the pasta is fresh. In OVIEDO mall check it out and prices are good as well.

I had a gift certificate for this place, but I didn’t want to try it for a long time because I’m trying to limit my carbs. I was in the area today so I thought I would finally use my gc. I asked if all the pasta was white, but Antonio informed me that all their pastas are made of Semolina, like they do in Italy. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Lea was very helpful, as well.
My gc required a minimum purchase of $ 20, so I ordered two combos, which includes a breadstick, pasta with sauce and a drink. It was just under $ 20 so I decided on a dessert (tiramisu), as well. When I was choosing my meals, he offered meatballs for &.99, so I added them to one of my orders. He allowed me to try any and all of the sauces, but I just tried the Vodka and Bolognese sauces, which ordered with Fiorellini and Gnocchi, respectively. They were both awesome! There are 7 different pastas and 7 different sauces. This allows for a variety of mix and match entrees, not to mention, you can add meatballs and/​or chicken.
When I was ringing up my total, I noticed they spoke another language (I assume Italian), which I thought gave an authentic touch. I would definitely recommend this place and return.

Great tasting pasta. I can’t get enough of their signature sauce CupPasta. Being freshly made pasta and sauce make your tastebuds go wild. Definitely will become a regular.

I wrote a review about CupPasta a little more than two years ago when they first opened and I have been going back almost on a weekly basis. I am still impressed with the quality of their food and their service. The reason for the update is that I recently called CupPasta to cater a family event. In addition to the usual pastas and sauces, which we love, I added the Lasagna, which is something new they added to their catering menu. I was very impressed; my guests were very impressed. The Lasagna was amazing. I highly recommend using CupPasta for your next event.

Located in the Oviedo Mall, food court, Cup Pasta is making fresh, handmade pasta and sauces daily. Choose your pasta shape from 7 types of pasta, one of the 7 sauces, your size of cup and they boil your fresh pasta to order and sauce you up. Also available on the menu– sandwiches, Insalata and several desserts. There was a nice selection for meaty and meat free eaters.
I ordered the Vodka Sauce over Fiorellini pasta, yum! Great flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly. My friend enjoyed a side of meatballs with the CupPasta sauce, alfredo with Bacon. We also enjoyed the Insalata– ripe Roma tomatoes with Italian dressing, fresh mozzarella and topped with dressed arugula. Breadsticks are freshly baked and good for sopping up leftover sauce, but would benefit from garlic butter or oil. Cup Pasta offers up a great «non food court» food option for your next shopping trip or movie outing. FYI, they also cater and do take out if you are wanting dinner on the go for one or a crowd.

Cup Pasta has MY ABSOLUTE favorite Vodka sauce. I have worked at a high end Italian restaurant as a server for a while not but NOTHING compares to this yummy pasta! My all time favorite place in all of Central Florida!

I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the friendly service. I have to admit I was hesitant to eat pasta in a cup from a mall food court, but am thankful I went for it anyway. The food was remarkably fresh tasting and the flavors were inspired. While I was waiting for the food I began talking to the staff who were very personable and seemed to be genuinely interested in customer input. I felt like the price was definitely fair for the portions and quality of the food. I have to say… this place is a refreshing alternative to the very basic food court surrounding it and the quality far exceeded expectations… I would have no problem giving recommendation for this place!

If your craving some pasta and your in the Oviedo mall go to cup pasta. You choose the type of pasta you want and the type of sauce. The pasta is boiled right when u pick it so u won’t get the dry sticky type pasta you would get when it is just sitting there for a long time after being cooked. All of there sauces are great. The one that I think taste the best is called CupPasta. It has bacon, cream, sour cream, cheese and parmigiano in the sauce. Customer service is great they’re friendly, make great suggestions, and great your food out in a timely manner. I highly recommend going here if your in the mood for some pasta and don’t want to go to a busy sit I. Restaurant like Olive Garden.

Wow, again Im amazed how the food here is so consistently good… the pasta is awesome eating at Cuppasta has changed the way I eat and view pasta! Fresh on the go… I love it and recommend this experience to everyone especially the Cuppasta sauce… ummmm.

The owner is really nice. He let me try the sauces that they had.
The pasta was about a ⁸⁄₁₀. They had great customer service.
I was really hungry so I ordered a grande and finished it in 10mins. I recommend tomato sauce.

This is amazing pasta, homemade, everything from scratch! My wife and I were so surprised how delicious it was to be located inside the Oviedo mall food court. We definitely recommend it to everyone.

I love CupPasta! Friendly staff and great food! I only wish they would get some diced chicken and other meats (besides meatballs) to put in their pasta!

Surprisingly good! Stopped by on 9÷20÷14 on a whim and it was really really good! We tried 2 sauces, the cup pasta sauce and another sauce with sausage and mushrooms. Both were tasty but I prefer the latter. Pasta is freshly made and you get to choose from 5 – 6 different shapes. Highly recommend. Best of luck to you Cup Pasta!

I only give this place a 4 because I’m not a big pasta fan. My wife swears by this place, though. Last time we were here I had the gnocchi in the bolognese sauce. Everything is made fresh which is awesome! This place is family run and the staff are very friendly! Of all the restaurants in the Oviedo mall to visit, this place is definitely a must try!

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. If I know I’m coming to the mall I will purposely not eat before hand so that I can get some delicious pasta here! The pasta is made FRESH in store. I actually watched them make it today and it’s fascinating. The little Italian family that owns this place and works there is fabulous. They are so sweet and helpful… And quite proud of what they have!
All the sauces are great. The vodka sauce is my favorite! Love!

Top notch place if you are looking for 1^st class hospitality and the best «cup» of pasta in the U.S. I have had 3 different types of pasta and they were the best I have tasted. The concept is awesome, made to order and fast.

Very affordable and authentic Italian FRESHLY made assortment of pastas with 7 homemade sauces to choose. Desserts are yummy chocolate mousse, cannoli and tiramisu. Fountain drinks by Coke. 3 cup sizes to choose. All very affordable and they offer freshly grated cheese and breadsticks, too. Get the meal deal with bread and drink. Sit in the food court, people watch and eat freshly made pasta!

I was intrigued by the reviews of this place and the fact that it was in a mall food court. Being the fan of any authentic Italian-​serving restaurant I had to try it out!
The place has a nice, modern feel to it. The menu is fairly simple to follow: choose a size of your bowl, type of pasta shape, and sauce. Panini’s and desserts are also available. The staff was very friendly, though the line was a bit of a cluster. They give you a card with you order on it so the cashier knows what you ordered, but it wasn’t clear if you had to pay before or after your cup was given to you… and the weren’t serving cups in the order they were ordered… so there wasn’t a flow. I asked of the pasta was made on site, and they said yes, every day.
There were 7 different pasta shapes and 7 sauces to choose from. I had the Mama Rossa pasta in a medium cup and bolognese sauce. (Whenever I go somewhere new… I always have to try the basic items first… it’s my litmus test I guess.)
I was fairly disappointed with the bolognese. It was very runny with giant chunks of tomato and onion… and two small pieces of meat. The bolognese I’m used to everywhere else is smooth and full of meat. I tasted the vodka and broccolini sauces… which I found tastier than mine.
I’ll have to come back next time I’m there to see a movie at the Regal so I can try other things, but won’t be going out of my way to come here.

This review is of the one at the Seminole Towne Center Mall: Wow! This place is so delicious! The workers are super friendly and the portions are massive! I went just because I had a groupon but will definitely be going back! The vodka sauce is my personal favorite, it tastes so fresh.

Fresh made pasta in about 5 minutes! Yoo hoo! I especially like their bolognese sauce. It has meat and vegs and not just tomato sauce, salted perfectly. The pasta is done al dente. Perfect texture in your mouth. They also toast their breadsticks too. You should definitely give this mall food a try.
