They came in to do the white boards twice. The second time because of the poor job that was done the first time. You can see that the wall was not sanded down and that the problem is in the finish, clearly a workmanship issue. I was told by the company that they would re-​do it. 2 months later I called to inquire when they would be here. I was told that they would not come out and that it was an issue with our air conditioning. It isn’t. When they initially came, they said it was an issue with vacuuming. Now its air conditioning. They can’t do the job, and now we have to pay to have someone else do it right.
After my 1 start review, I was contacted again and they came out to do the job a 3^rd time. It is MUCH better and looks like it will actually be the quality I expected the first. I am glad that they listen to customers
