WARNING:
If you were considering trying Integrated Physical Medicine that was at the gym the other night, DO NOT DO IT. I scheduled an appointment with them today for a one hour massage at 11:00 AM. They confirmed my appointment with two text messages and a voicemail. When I arrived the woman at the desk told me I could not do a massage today and had to do an exam first and there were no available times for a massage. She was very unprofessional about it and did not try to fix the situation at all. She said someone would be right with me to do the exam and to have a seat. After waiting for 30 minutes no one ever came over or spoke to me again and there was no one else waiting in the office. I finally left, very disappointed because I called off of work to get a massage at that time. Worst customer service I have ever received.

This place has been a gods send. Aside from just adjusting me every few days, they are helping me long term with exercises. I can manage my pain a lot better thanks to IPM and know that if things get worse they will do what they can to fix the problem. Their patient intake process is much more thorough and inclusive than any of the other chiropractors.

I have been a patient of theirs for a couple of years now. When my pain level was at it’s highest, they were able to really help alleviate it. Now that I am in ‘maintenance’ I only need to go in for adjustments periodically. The new chiropractor did an awesome adjustment on me this week and the front desk staff was a breath of fresh air! If you are looking for a wonderful massage, sign up with Rose for the Massage Club– you won’t be disappointed!
