I would give this place 10 out of 5 stars if Guillermos assistants weren’t so terrible. I literally have a list of how incompetent they are. They couldn’t do basic task like find what medicines I need refilled when all the medications are written in the front of my chart. Then after 15 minutes of arguing with them they say «oops its here in the front».
Also, I went in one day for an appointment and waited over an hour. The lady said «Are you scheduled for an appointment»? I responded «yes I’ve been waiting over an hour». She then said «sorry we overlooked you. We’ll have you next». That doesn’t make up for time lost!
Dr Guillermo is amazing, and I still recommend him. I’m super OCD and this place is kept very well. Never overcrowded and run by kids coughing and sneezing all over the place. Very, very nice and knowledgeable guy, BUT HIS FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ARE TERRIBLE. He has to clear them out to get better business.

Dr. Marrero is a wonderful doctor! The first doctor that I used in Oviedo had horrible office staff who treated me like like I made stuff up. Dr. Marrero and his staff has been amazing, helping me put the pieces of my medical puzzle together with the help of specialists. He takes his time and is very thorough. Like the other reviewer, I’m also on some controlled meds, but he has never made me come in monthly to have them refilled. He gives me refills on the script or gives me 3 months worth. Granted, it took a couple of visits to get to that point, but doctors have got to be able to TRUST their patient to offer refills on those types of meds. Too many people abuse stuff like that, so you have to be understanding of a doctor being careful. His reputation and job is on the line.

beware !!! this dr. is only out for the money, does not care about his patients at all !!! worst an i mean the worst receptionist i have ever dealt with, my meds from the patient assistance program stayed there for over a week, i was never called to come get it, i had to call her, dr wants to see u every month to refill 1mg of xanax, which mind you i have been taking for over 10 years now, which also tells me he is not a very smart dr, seeing how u can have seizures among other things when u have been taking them that long an then just stop !! i would advise you not to waste your money here, or your time !!
