Victoria’s Secret

I went in this VS looking for a Pink hoodie sold out everywhere. They did not have it but the girl that was working spent 20+ min calling around to other stores and found what I was looking for in Miami. Great customer service!

I am a HUGE fan of victoria Secret. Yes I am a girly girl. I love their scents, lotions, and what the public dont see (wink). But I had recieved an amazing gift from my brother of a gift certificate for christmas, to my fav. place VS.
I love VS, but I will not pay full price, I wait til the day after christmas to purposly get doublt the items with their 75% off. I do it every year, and I walk out with bags and bags of my beloved items I love and need.
This year, my girl Rajni and I went to the oveido Marketplace location since we figured it wouldnt be so full. I was a littl dissappointed since the scents I love were not available for the discount. yet at the Florida Mall they were? Wierd same store I thought?
Then after buying almost 100 dollars of items, the cashier had MAJOR attitude (which those of you that know me. know that doesnt fly with the queen of hospitality). After ringing up half my items incorrectly, she first gave me attitude because I tried telling her they were ringing up full price. So she looked over to her manager, and the manager said «those items are not on sale» «really, the sign right there clearly states they are»…so they changed the prices. Then my daughter decides she needed two lip glosses (she is three and a half, and has the best make up already lol) but she was screaming because the cashier would not return it to her… from a lady to a lady you see the child upset can you speed it up slow poke? no empathy. and no smile from this cashier…
then finally after correcting her on all my sales items, I swipe my debit card, and the cashier tells me its only debit options. well the problem is I dont know my pin, so I tell her can you run it as credit. She tells me the machine doesnt do that. Really I pressed the RED button and «poof» it reads «CREDIT»…so the cashier stayed quiet…
I paid for all my wonderful items, and left.
Here is my overall review. The items are so worth it and even a steal at those day after holidays discounts. However at the Oveido Marketplace, they need to better prepare their staff with what is on sale, and how to treat customers. I may have gotten a bargain, but it was still one hundred dollars. All in all. if you want to shop VS, avoid Oveido marketplace location :)
