Coffee Creek Apartments

I have been a resident for 10 months now. The office staff is friendly until you sign the lease then all they care about is $$$… A ‘misunderstanding’ with one of the office staff resulted in a late fee… Even if there was a misunderstanding the late fee could be removed for an innocent mistake. I cannot wait to move when this lease is up. Even though they advertise as a luxury apartment complex my dishwasher did not work for two months when I moved in even after maintenance continued to ‘fix’ it, the refrigerator has been fixed twice along with other misc. issues, the maintenance staff they have now is great so hopefully he will stick around but they have to be given the tools to actually fix the issue not just bandage it.
The apartments are LOUD. I can hear the neighbors beside me (I can hear when they shower or wash clothes) and above me (they sound like they are stomping or moving furniture nightly and I can hear their conversations at times as well as).
