Terrible customer service! I received a call from a store associate confirming the arrival of my online order. When I arrived at the store, the clerk indicated my order had not arrived but would call once it does. A month later, I called the store to inquire about my order only to have the cashier tell me the order was never placed. This is the second occurrence but what troubles me is that they showed no remorse. The associate made me feel like I was fabricating. I paid for my order in advance only for this store to keep my money and not honor their end of the transaction. The clerk proceeded to give us a hard time about not following up. My response was I left on vacation and was advised to wait for a call. I will never shop there again. Now I see why JCpenny was on the cusp of bankruptcy. They should take tips from Macy’s customer service. Or Macy’s should just buy out JCpenny and incorporate their business practices. We would all be better off.

Before you walk into the store, you know this is the nicest JCPenney’s in the Tulsa area. The chic, modern exterior is reflected in the décor inside. The inside was bright and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Only downside was that the sale prices were more expensive than other JCPenney’s in the area…
