Recently went into this store and some know it all young punk named Brendan tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need. It was over priced and crap for product. Perhaps they should get some people in the store that know what their doing and has some knowledge about electrical work and lighting

Horrible! The employees are extremely unfriendly. The«discount» is not worth dealing with their rudeness. Someone from the store went out to our house to make sure the fixtures I chose would work and we were told they would. When we went to put up the dining room fixture it was too low. To the point where you would need to walk around it to get into the kitchen. When I took it in to EXCHANGE it I was told they have a strict no exchange no return policy. So now I’m stuck with $ 150 light fixture I cannot do anything with. When the owner came out to tell us they cannot accept returns or exchanges she told me to sell it on eBay or donate it for a tax write off!!! I NEVER will step foot in this store EVER again!!! I wish I would have never spent almost $ 1,000 in their store to begin with! We were going to purchase blinds for the ENTIRE house from them BUT I will gladly spend my money somewhere else!

We ordered blinds for our bedroom from here and the service was great and the people very friendly. When we need more stuff we will go back for sure!
