The quality of the employees and management has definitely gone downhill since it’s heyday from 2005 – 2007. The girls who work there act like they do not enjoy their jobs and are not very knowledgeable with fashion. One manager in particular is rude and when I see her I want to turn around and walk out. Tulsa area needs a Torrid… now that’s a store where they know how to treat you. Plus the prices at Lane Bryant are ridiculous… it ain’t Saks people!!!
