Came to this location again recently a few times after starting a new job and taking a new route to work. Nothing has changed. Still as screwed up as ever. I pull into the double drive through. There is one car in front of me and no one behind. I pull up to the first open lane and proceed to wait, and wait and wait. Then I am told over the speaker«be with you in just a min». Well good no one is here so I guess I don’t need to worry about someone pulling into the other available lane and getting service. I was wrong. Hah! After about 30 seconds another car pulls up next to me. I hear them have their order taken and then ‘VROOOOOM’ off they go to wait in front of me. Finally my order taker comes back to take my extensively tall order of a single large coffee, black. Pretty sure that is one of the most simple orders to enter, but don’t fret, they have gotten it wrong before. So I pull up behind the car who arrived about 60 seconds after me, and tell myself. «Why do I even bother coming here? It hasn’t changed, no improvement and it makes me mad in the morning which is stupid. I shouldn’t be upset at 6:30AM.» First world problems I know… Well that was just the first part of the ordeal. After giving my order I had another 4 mins of waiting to pay. Once I had paid an moved to my 3rd human contact point at the second window I received my coffee with a smile and a polite«thank you». Ahhh nothing like topping all of that failure with a nice cherry at the end. Will I be back? Probably, but each time I pull into the drive through I will prepare myself, just as one does when they are about to pay their taxes. I know it’s gonna be terrible.

Every time I come to this McDonalds there is a new wY to screw up an order. The service is slow and there is always a line around the building. Time for change! Instead of having a dedicated cashier, they also have them going back to help with food. Then if that person is busy someone new opens a register. Rinse and repeat!
