Mediocre service and even worse food quality.

Very disappointing. Order took 2 hours on a Wednesday night, which was 20 minutes longer than we were quoted. Once the order arrived, it was all cold and the wing order was incorrect. What was most disappointing was that there was really no satisfying solution offered when we called about our poor order/​service. A supervisor (at the call center… not store) told us they could refire the order or provide us with a credit for our next order. So I can wait 90 minutes (which was what was quoted) or get $ 30 for another order from a location I have no intention of ordering from again based off this performance. Also, to redeem the credit, I have to call in and speak to a call center supervisor. Management at this location needs to get it together because this is unacceptable.

I have ordered from this pizza hut multiple times and have had a good experience in the past. Today, I ordered a pizza and after an hour and 15 minutes, called the store to see what when the driver would arrive. They informed me that he left 5 minutes ago and would arrive shortly, No worries things happen and I am an understanding consumer. 30 more minutes pass and I called the store to talk to a supervisor, Rhonda, to see what could possibly make any pizza take 5 minutes short of 2 hours on a weekday to be delivered less than 3 miles from their store. She repeats to me the time he left, which I understood the first time. In the conversation I was calm and asked what they were going to do for me as a repeat customer, Rhonda did not show empathy, concern, or provide any apologies and offered me $ 5 off. I was unhappy at that point and said that wasn’t going to work. She again showed no emotion or concern and said that is the policy. $ 5 is not the issue, it was the lack of genuine care for your customers and not acknowledging or addressing the root cause. For this, I will never order from this pizza hut again.
When you don’t acknowledge good or bad feedback in customer service, your business will suffer. I would love to speak to the franchise owner and see if Rhonda supports his Vision of what He/​She wants out of their «Brand»

Just tried the Fiery Siracha pizza. This is the stickiest. The messiest pizza ever! However, it was also the BEST PIZZA EVER! Pizza Hut knocked this one out of the park!

I love Pizza Hut. Their stuffed crust is simply brilliant!
This location always has fast service and I love that they have a drive thru.
The big dinner boxes are also a good deal, for $ 20 you get a bunch if food, pizza, wings, breadsticks…
Their menu has expanded a lot too. Offering pzones, pasta, wings, sides and deserts.
