I go to Starbucks once a week before Church on Sunday Morning and whoever is working at that period of time are some of the most polite people I’ve met. Starbucks never fails to make my drinks how I love them. I always have a different order, but I will never stop coming to Starbucks.

This Starbucks is one of the best. Insanely awesome staff and super clean store. Drinks are always prepared correctly (I am that customer that gives them the complicated orders).
It can get very crowded on the weekend (because the place is so awesome) by highschoolers, so if it’s near finals the place will be filled with tutors and students and study groups. Best nights to go and sit are on week nights.

Had a mocha frap. Delicious as usual.
Service was prompt and friendly.
Just hung out a bit doing some work. The atmosphere is a typical Starbucks, great for working on the go.

Amazing how restaurant service cycles depending on employees. I hate to say it but this Starbucks has gone from one of the best to one of the worst in record time. No sense of urgency, lackluster service and mistakes. They need their old manager back. It’s obvious she cared about their image. Can’t say that’s the case now.

It’s basically the only coffee shop in Owasso so sometimes it gets pretty packed. They do have plenty of seating available including a patio.
The service is always fast (especially during peak hours via the drive-​thru) and the staff is very nice.
As far as products go, I usually stick to what I like… White chocolate mocha with less syrup pumps, cheese croissant (ask them to warm it up!) or their oatmeal which is pretty amazing.

It’s a Starbucks so you pretty much know what you’re going to get, but it does have a drive through. The staff was courteous an the store was clean, new looking even.
