Tlc Nails

I thought I had found the perfect nail salon when I started going to TLC Nails. I have gone to them every two weeks for the past year. Needless to say, after attempting to get my nails filled with them yesterday I FINALLY came to the resolution «why do I keep paying them for horrible service and attitude?» Yeah I know, better late than never. I went to the salon, Lin (one of the owners) said she’d be with me in a couple minutes — no problem a 20 or 30 minute wait is no big deal. 65 minutes later she comes from the back to visit with a client that she knew and left me sitting (with no apology or acknowledgement) for another 10 minutes so I simply walked out. I have never been there when she wasn’t condescending and acting as if she was being put out by doing her job. I won’t be back.

My experience was mediocre. They should replace the carpet in the pedicure area so you are able to smell something besides mildew and mold. They need more people on staff that speak English fluently. The polish was applied so thick that my toenails never dried. I wore sandals for approximately four hours afterward to allow a solid dry time.
On the upside… they take walk ins and Amy was as friendly as she could be barring the language barrier.

They are perfect! nails look awesome. My 8yr old got hers done 2 and they look ssoo cute
