Aweful! Crooked! I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned after my destination wedding before I had to wear it again at the reception back in the states. When I went to get it the dress was ruined! I have no idea what they did but the fabric had what looked like runs/​streaks in pantyhose. I tried to speak with them about it and they took no blame just said they would re-​clean it and see if it would fix it. It obviously wasn’t stains! When I got it again same thing, and the manager wouldn’t even speak to me about it. I asked for my money back or partial reimbursement and they refused! I will not EVER use them again and do not recommend them! This is a chain and each branch is owned individually so there is nothing that can be done if they screw up. Crooked people!

If you want your clothes ruined bring them to this cleaners. When I brought the problem to their attention they accused me of trying to fix the previously absent stain. It was obviously done by them since the splatter was spread across the folded pants under the plastic. Avoid them like the plague. You have been warned.

This is where I usually take my clothes for dry cleaning. I love that they have been around for so long (50 years!) and that they’re a family owned business.
Obviously, since they’ve been a round for a while, one of the perks is that they seem to have a pretty good grasp of the industry and customer service.
They offer same day service (6 days a week), express bags, car-​hop service, laundry, preservation, button insurance and more! Plus they are green as much as they can, they recycle hangers and use environmentally friendly dry cleaning products.
The first time I tried them I had quite the challenge for them (or so I thought). I had gone to a bar the night before where smoking is allowed (need I say more?). My clothes were literally impregnated with cigarette smell, my pants, shirt, scarf and even coat. So I took them all and they were able to bring it ALL out! And it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be.
