Where do I sign up to take over customer service training? Their MANAGEMENTTRAINEE was the most displeasing, rude, unhappy person I’ve ever dealt with. Was CLEARLY annoyed by her job. Was upset that we presented a debit card and then told us we needed to have a pay stub and utilities bill if we wanted to use it or we had to have a credit card. Then made us wait while she vacuumed the car that should have already been ready for us. THEN was super rude to my boyfriend as he was signing his papers to take the vehicle accusing him of not knowing what he was signing after he explained to her he rents with Enterprise very frequently.(He has travelled for four years up to three times a month and this is the absolute worst service he has ever gotten, bar none. And it’s even in our home town.) We get people have rough days. But this is absolutely NO reason to treat your customers so poorly. Did I mention when she pulled the car around she almost hit our personal vehicle not just once but TWICE? This location will never be getting our business again.

I had to rent a truck from this location for work, they would not leave me alone always calling and asking questions. They knew how long I needed the truck for. Don’t give me a truck when your going to sell it, and if I need it longer then what I said then don’t sell the truck, I will never rent from this location again.
