Magic Ten Nails

Went there once and will never return. I wanted to get my acrylic nails taken off. I got there and had to wait about 30 minutes even though I had called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. There is little to no ventilation in the building so when you walk in you get hit by the stench of chemicals. Once they finally got to me, I was transferred from one person to the next because they kept changing their minds about who should take my nails off. I was expecting them to soak my nails and then remove the acrylic (as any normal place would) but instead, the lady grabbed a spare nail from her drawer and started prying them off one by one. I complained that it hurt and even asked her why she wasn’t soaking them and she said «it’s not necessary for yours.» I I kept complaining that she was hurting me but she would hold my hand for a few seconds and say «no, you’re okay» in a joking manner. By the time she got to my second hand I was about to walk out!
This is a horrible place that doesn’t listen to their customers and just look to cut corners. Don’t go here if you want good work done; spend the extra cash and go somewhere where they will at least act like they care.

Super nice people. Walked in during the day & Got in right away for a gel mani and pedi. Small place with only two people working. They took care in what they were doing. Price was high but reasonable. I would go again

They do a fantastic job! The place is clean, they’re friendly and they have good prices. Paraffin wax is included in the pedicure and they give longer foot massages than most places. Plus, the nail polish (OPI) usually stays on up to 4 weeks.
