I have lots of tools from OTC from automotive scanners to hand tools and haven’t had a problems with them, until recently. I was using their serpentine belt tool and the handle couldn’t take the torque I put on it and the hex shaped hole in the end broke open. I sent an email to OTC’s customer service asking how I could get a replacement handle and how much it would cost. Less than a day later, they replied, «Send us your address and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.» I’ve got a replacement handle on its way and I will continue to use and buy OTC branded tools.
