Owatonna Clinic Mayo Health System

The Owatonna Clinic has gone down hill since Mayo Health System took over our small town clinic. It is harder to get in to see your primary care physician. What is the point of having a primary care physician if I can never get in to see him? I usually go to urgent care since I can’t get in to see my regular doctor. When I do by chance get in to see him he is in such a rush and is in and out the door before I can ask him questions regarding my health. He seems as if he is on fast forward. I used to feel seen heard and listened to by my doctor. Now I feel like I am disregarded, dismissed and sassed at by my «primary care» doctor. I will be switching doctors to see if that helps. If it doesn’t I will be moving my healthcare needs out if town!
