Pet friendly, no dog size or breed restrictions. Lots of mosquitos. Nice wooded lots. We stayed in the A loop and most of those seemed to have woodchip pads for tents. Bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Free push button timer hot showers with real doors and changing section so clothes & towels stay dry. Short walk through the woods from A loop to a day use area with a playground. A few other trails. There are also more remote sites (walk in, cart in, canoe in). Nice, helpful staff person on duty. $ 6 for firewood on site, they also sell ice. Not far from town to get necessities. I don’t think it’s a swimmable lake as there is a lot of vegetation.
