Efficient, polite and clean. Long line, but it was handled quickly.
Even after we ordered, the line continued to be long, but again, was handled well.
The men’s bathroom could certainly use some
More cleaning.
Other than that… nice place.

The two people they had working today seemed to be a little off their fake smile game. I mean I cannot remember the last time (other than at a gas station) that I have been so disappointed by terrible customer service. Slow, sloppy, unprofessional demeanor. They didn’t even smile.
And the sandwich?
Skimp. Skimp. Skimp.
By no means do I think that I am «above» Subway, but this one is the worst as far as cost cutting is concerned. I mean seriously, it’s not like I ordered one of the $ 5 foot longs, my sandwich was $ 8.05 all on it’s own.
When they got done toasting what would have otherwise been a delicious sandwich I told the 16 year old kid behind the counter that I would like «all» of the vegetables. Apparently he took this to mean that I would like 2 – 3 pieces of each vegetable on my sandwich.
I got the tiniest strip of lettuce, I couldn’t even taste it. There were three shards of spinach, four slices of tomato, TWO pickle shavings, three pieces of onion, a tiny handful of black olives, and then three pieces each of jalapeño, and banana peppers.
So as not to be «that guy» in line and complain about buying an expensive sandwich and getting NOTHING in lieu of the veggies. Oh and the sauce, I asked for mayo and honey mustard. The thinnest little strip of mayo that didn’t add ANY flavor, and then a tiny strip of honey mustard.
This was just so disappointing. I can totally understand cost cutting, but literally this was insulting to me as a customer.
I will not be back.
