Service is poor and food was really cold when we got it the store is dirty this is definitely a location that the corporation needs to really fix or just shut it down

Better service than I have come to expect from Dairy Queen.
We got exactly what we ordered in a timely fashion. Minus the cone which was vanilla and not chocolate. It was an average experience.

The food is okay. If you get a Blizzard it will be 1⁄3 of the mix ins & the rest will be vanilla ice cream. The service is less that stellar. They are more interested in talking with each other. I walked in to order & had 3 employees look at me & I wasn’t acknowledged until the 4th employee. The worst thing is I saw a female employee come in to start her shift & threw her hair forward behind the counter & then put a band to hold it back. She then whipped the hair back & forth a few times and played with it some more. She never washed her hands. She started to touch the food & put it on trays & make ice cream. Gross. Also, I found black flakes of something in a drink after the ice had melted.
