Have taken several of the family phones here. Always happy with the service. They are very honest; if they can’t fix it, they won’t try to cheat you by charging you for an unnecessary service or part. I had the front face of my iPhone replaced once; just a few hours and done. I’ve gone to them twice & had my battery changed(I’m killer on them). My brother’s iPhone kept blacking out on him. They couldn’t fix it, didn’t charge him for anything, but gave him a helpful hint(he didn’t know about the hard reset). That got him through until he got a new phone. My husband’s kept«forgetting» it had a SIM card. They were very helpful with him & when everything they tried didn’t work, he got another phone and case through them for a very good price. The latest, our poor old IPad gave up the ghost. Instead of having me bring it in, they were honest that parts would be 99% impossible to get and more expensive than what it was worth. Sadly, they didn’t have any available for me to buy. But when I asked who else was a reliable seller, they quickly gave me suggestions. The new iPad got here today :-) Very very very happy with Digital Doc and will continue to use them whenever I have technological difficulties in the future.
