I’ll give them 4 stars because their sandwiches are delicious and consistent in quality, like your typical Jimmy John’s. I’ve never gotten delivery because we live .3 miles out of their delivery area. Silly, but I guess a 1 mile delivery radius is a 1 mile delivery radius… Their drive-​thru is typically pretty speedy though. A good and healthier option for a quick lunch!

Walked in, stood at the register for 1 – 2 minutes — zero acknowledgement from the three employees behind the counter.
JJ’s is usually a solid «subs so quick you’ll freak». Guess this isn’t the real deal. Mov in’ on down the road!

Jimmy Johns in Owensboro ky is anything but «freaky fast.» I’ve ordered here 3 times since they have open. Every time there has been some issue. First time I ordered a combo, the driver brought me only a sandwich. I called and they said they credited my account. I waited a couple months before I ordered again. Of course they had no record of a credit, but I ordered anyways thinking they deserve a second chance. This was on July 11^th, 2015. My delivery took OVER an hour!!! I was told over the phone that I was given a $ 10 credit to my account. Fast forward to today (July 24, 2015). Guess what… No record of a credit. After explaining what had happened previously they agreed to give me the $ 10 credit for my order this time. Still the delivery took 30 mins. I live 1.7 miles from their location. When I lived in bowling green ky, I lived about 3 – 4 miles away and the deliveries took approx 12 mins. If you are going to advertise fast deliveries you should make it faster than dominos pizza.

JJ’s won’t deliver to us, 2.8 miles away. No wonder they’re so fast! Do you have to be within sight of the shop?

Great sandwich. Great chips. Bright, clean and friendly service. This is my new favorite sandwich shop!

Awesome delivery if you live in their delivery area. Awesome food and service was very friendly. Love the bbq chips and their cookies.

Freaky fast as promised, pretty good ham and cheese sub for the price. The salt and vinegar chips made my mouth water from the second I opened the bag.
