Smoking hot waitresses, fine hand cut steaks, and seafood fresh from the ocean! What more could you want? I recommend the filet mignon extra well done!

Okay, first I must say, the only reason I went to Ryan’s is for a breakfast meeting. So I paid for the buffet, grabbed a plate and selected the most desirable items off the buffet. That in of itself was a challenge. The results? Sigh… uh well… bad, just bad. If you must dine here I recommend generous amounts of Tabasco. That will be the only way you will get any flavor at all. While selecting my utensils, it took me several tries to find one clean. Literally had dried chunks of food on some of them. If I was hired as a paid consultant to come up with a slogan that best described Ryan’s dining experience it would be, «Filthy McNasty.» Please don’t think I’m just being mean. Read my other reviews. I’m just being real honest.

I would not eat at Ryan’s in Owensboro again on a dare, and if it was free. The place is filthy, full of bugs, and the guy cutting my steak was sitting there picking his nose at the meat counter. The manager could not care less what goes on in the restaurant and the people I complained to said that the manager would not care. The manager is simply drawing a check.

This place has its good nights and not so good nights, just depends whats on the menu. I’d go to golden corral anytime over ryans though. So much more selection, and they have some of the best roast anywhere.
