Wow! I cannot believe how insanely nice and accommodating the staff at Springs was.
My husband needed to get stitches taken out. We tried a doctor office in McLean county but was turned away because we are from out of town.
Springs took us, no appointment, without a problem. They charged us $ 20.00 to get his stitches out, didn’t even worry about charging our insurance!
We waited maybe 10 minutes to go back. We were in there maybe another five minutes when in walks the doctor. He actually apologized to us for having to wait! The process was so super simple and painless.
Where we live, the wait is an hour and the doctors are snobby.
I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Friendly staff, convenient location, plenty of seating, not a lot of forms to fill out.

Waiting an hour to be seen, average for this type of service.
Nothing that really disappointed me other than dealing with my own pain.
I’d recommend Springs Urgent Care for minor injury or illness.
