If you plan on stopping in here be sure it is before the morning rush. You will not be able to get near it. Or… use your Starbucks app and skip the line entirely. Was a little taken back by just how busy it was.
Service if friendly and upbeat. They seem to have a good working relationship with one another so things flow well despite the crowd.

I am usually an outspoken fan of Starbucks and give them a big pass on customer service when they are busy regardless of the location. However my experience at this particular location was extremely disappointing. I was psyched to try the new Holiday Spice Flat White and stopped in around 7 pm on Tues night. While the place was crowded, I was the only customer waiting. There were plenty of servers but it seemed like no one was interested in taking my order. Once they did take it, there was certainly no sense of urgency about getting it made. It seemed there was a greater need to get the rug cleaned and replaced and have some sidebar discussions. What it actually seemed like was the person responsible for taking the orders and making the drinks wasn’t doing it and no one else was going to step up and do it. That is terrible customer service and should never happen. I will not go back. The drink wasn’t good either.

This is your standard Starbucks, but what’s not standard is the wonderful service from the employees. This is the only free-standing Starbucks in Owensboro, and it is always slammed, so kudos to the awesome employees for quickly keeping up with the crowd and keeping a smile on their faces while doing so. I will also point out that Starbucks’ coffee tends to vary in tastiness between visits, but this is the most consistent Starbucks I’ve visited.
There is an indoor seating area with multiple tables and outlets to plug your computer in, and a nice patio. However, there is no drive-thru, which seriously needs to be reconsidered!

The worker, Mary, was very patient with me as I was high maintenance this morning! It’s always nice and clean when I’m in town visiting this Starbucks. My drink came as ordered, extra hot light foam! I will be back!

Got a much better vibe at this Starbucks on our most recent visit. Very friendly service. Exactly what I expect from Starbucks and my hometown.
The layout of this location has been changed since it first opened and the space feels bigger and less congested.
It’s still a pity there’s no drive-thru. This location is ideal.

Upon arrival at the Frederica Starbucks the customer will find a friendly staff. The store is clean but the new open concept takes away from the warm, inviting atmosphere it once had.
There’s plenty of seating inside and out. Its nice to drive by on warm days and see people enjoying the outdoor seating.
No drive through option.
The drinks are consistent quality.
The snacks are not as fresh as they could be.
