Going for an oil change is a necessary evil. It’s expensive and who really has the time to listen to people try to sell you things? These guys made it slightly less painful than normal…
I was immediately greeted when I pulled up, and asked to pull into the garage. The guys that were working were very friendly and took the time to explain the different services to me, but not in a «buy our stuff» kind of way. They informed me of a headlight that wasn’t properly working and took time to look over the car to check for other issues.
The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating is the time I spent here. Although one side of me is happy that they were thorough, the other side wonders why it took over 30 minutes to change the oil at an «instant oil change» business.
Either way, I’ll be back here, and just plan for it to take longer next time!
