I decided to go short for the first time ever and needed to get an appointment at the last second in order to surprise my boyfriend, who loves short hair. I saw this salon on Unilocal and the great reviews and decided to take the plunge!
First of all, the salon is super spacious and has really great décor. It is exceptionally clean and the atmosphere is very friendly! Monisha, the owner, took great care of my hair — the wash was relaxing and invigorating. I didn’t really know what I wanted going in– all I had was a picture of something I thought would look good on me. I’ve never gone short before and was really nervous. I put a lot of trust in Monisha, and boy did she come through! She is definitely more than a hairstylist– she is an artist! I couldn’t be happier with my results.
This place is great– 5 stars definitely earned!

Monisha (the owner) is the best. She takes great care of my natural hair. She uses Paul Mitchell’s Awapuhi and Marula oil, which does wonders on my natural hair. Customer service is great and I will continue going back.
