Good gym but starting March 5th 2015 they will no longer be affiliated with Golds Gym so if your coming from else where, like myself, you can’t use ur membership

It’s a small gym, but it never really gets packed. I tend to go between 6pm-​8pm on weekdays and between 10am-​2pm on weekends. Never have too much of a problem finding a machine/​bench to use.
The towel service is free, but therefore inconsistent. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I’ve only attended the yoga classes, but they are fun and always on time. The cardio theater can be a bit loud. Currently, whoever selects the movies has been on point.
I picked to join this gym primarily on location. I pay about $ 30 a month and have paid less at nicer places, but it works for me.

so i’m the first to review this dump, eh? just kidding, its a clean spot in a hidden location. Staff stays outta the way, which is what i like in the gym. i hate having people come up to me and small talk. I paid $ 15 for a day pass. Yes steep, but u cant put a price on a strong dorsal fin.
