This location is ridiculous. Cancel all plans because you may be here over 2 hours like me. This place was not even full. I went to a different location not far from here and I was in and out within 10 minutes. I’m so tempted to drive there now. I’ve already invested two hours. The worst part is I chose this location to be quick and right back home. No my whole schedule is out of whack. The worst waiting I’ve ever experienced for anything!!!

Terrible customer service. The front desk and lab techs all have rude attitudes. Beyond slow. They don’t adhere to appointments and it’s dirty and unsanitary.

Horrible. Slow. More interested in chatting than customer service. Saw two people leave due to long wait time.

The people at the check in were very rude. The bathroom seat had urine all over it. Very dirty and again disrespectful employees

Why make an appointment if you all are going to be sitting and waiting anyway. Decided to just walk in because they assured me I would be taken care of right away. Lies! Make sure you pack a lunch. Don’t call everyone back and check them in as If we are about to be seen. It’s deceiving.
Don’t call the folks with appointments back and have them sit in the back and wait, it’s ridiculous. And then want to bill me some crazy amount. This can’t be life… Happy Friday…

This place was terrible. My wife and I made an appointment yesterday for a Drug Screening at 9:15am today. When we arrived, the place was already packed to the gills with patients and we were told that Drug Screening doesn’t begin until 1:00pm and we could either wait or go to another location.
How did this happen? We made an appointment specifically for that procedure. Why in the world would they make an appointment when they don’t perform the procedure at the time the appointment is set for?
In addition, the receptionist was rude, uncooperative, and made us feel like we intruded on her. I’m sorry, but being a receptionist is your job and that means you deal with new arrivals to your office and help them with your own office’s screw-​ups.
We ended up going to the Labcorp in Towson and it was 5 star treatment. Don’t go here.
