Smart Pain Management

Agree with other reviewers, more of a «how can we make the most from your insurance» company.

They are the kind of doctor that the appointment time only matters if you are late. If you arrive on time or early you are penalized and have to wait. They are the only ones whose time is valuable. Been coming here for awhile but looks like we are coming to the end of the road. I can go to any doctor I choose and this one will no longer be the one I choose. It seems to me that they have absolutely no customer service skills at all. From the time you walk through the door you are treated like garbage. Whether it is the smart ass at the front desk or the P. A Jen. Customers/​Patients don’t mean anything here. If you were in pain when you walked in it will be multiplied when you leave. Dr Simmons is great but the team around him is so inept that he is on a sinking ship. Been hoping things would change but unfortunately it hasn’t. So in a nutshell if you have a couple of spare hours and want to be treated like garbage and pay for it then come her. If you wanna be treated with dignity and respect and have you time respected than pick a different pain Doctor. If I am forced to put 1 star that’s fine but actually didn’t want to put a star at all… YES THEY HAVE BECOME THAT BAD… TRUST ME
