This people are really something! Went to the store to transfer my pictures from my old phone to the new one I bought the black Friday week. As soon as I entered and ask if they can do the transfer, this guy named Jeff Peters asked me where I bought the phone and I responded in Best Buy. He quickly said they can’t do it with this lazy face like saying why we have to transfer if you didn’t buy the phone here?. He said he can transfer the phone numbers but not the pics. And I asked him why… so he said that was a policy and i have to go to BB. Asked him a couple of times and replied the same. What a shame and what a poor to none service. Will never go to that store again!

Sprint’s Poster Child Store. Been going there for years and nothing has changed. Employees are apathetic, lazy, rude, and measure success by how unhelpful they can be. If you leave upset, they high-5 one another. Store management hiding in the back room, regardless of which one you speak to, has the same attitude. They are trained to say«No» and pass that training onto staff. Corporate creates policies that are beyond dumb and the store rarely has any phones in stock. Sprint’s failures over the years start at the top. Kansas City Hqtrs is clueless. Our family has been with Sprint for many years with over 15 lines. One by one, we’re peeling off to other carriers. The insanity is no longer necessary with ample competition. Back to this store: it is indicative of how pervasive Sprint’s woes are that regional managers can’t identify how screwed up the Ownings Mill store is. If you want a real treat, call Sprint Sales. You get routed to an India Call Center where a dozen sales agents are conducting business from a closet. So chaotic, you aren’t sure who is talking to who. Mind you, this is Sprint Sales, the department that most organizations outfit with their best employees.

Responded to a «too good to be true» offer for a new Galaxy 6. Made an online appointment. The store was busy but not overwhelmed. The young lady who waited on me was in need of some basic communication skills, let alone sales and customer courtesy. Because I really needed a new phone, and this was a decent deal(nowhere near as good as advertised with the mandatory insurance, fees, etc.) I reluctantly agreed to the swap. She took a personal call and went into the back room. After being left hanging for almost ten minutes, I packed up shop and bailed. I told another associate I changed my mind and to tell her I bailed: He rudely instructed me to tell her myself? Even people giving away free phones shouldn’t be so rude.

Visited this location for the 3rd and last time feeling very unsatisfied and empty-handed. No one greeted me until I was on my way out.
