I purchased an expensive vacuum at Weiner’s May 2, 2015. I barely used it because I ordered new carpet in June of this year. The carpet was installed. It looked great. About one week after getting the new carpet, I went to vacuum my entire home. PROBLEM! I could not move the vacuum at all because my new carpet had a tighter twist; it was not a higher pile. Well I called Weiner’s with the intention of explaining the situation to see what I could do. To my surprise, they gave me another brand vacuum to take home to try. It worked and was also lightweight. I could not believe how incredible the Weiner sisters were in assisting me. They gave me the new vacuum in exchange for my three month old vacuum. They could see that vacuum was hardly ever used. They were not going to stop helping me until I was satisfied. It was an even exchange. I could not have been any happier. My recommendation for everyone would be «go to Weiner’s to buy a vacuum, to have any vacuum you own serviced, because the customer service is second to none. Sincerely, Carol Billian

My usually-reliable Hoover had stopped sucking, so I did my research and decided to try out Weiner’s Vacs for a repair. I came in on a Friday morning, and the woman who greeted me turned on the vacuum and instantly diagnosed it with needing a tune-up, which is $ 39.95, at least for mine. She told me it’d likely be ready early the following week — no problem. Later that same day, I received a call saying that it was ready-to-go, and when I came to pick it up, I was greeted by Mr. Weiner’s himself, who is a delight. The vacuum is back to normal, and while I hope that it won’t be too soon before I need to visit again, if/when it happens, I’m definitely coming back to Weiner’s Vacs.

I came in because my Dyson, which is known for not losing suction, had stopped picking up most things when used in the upright position. I had taken it apart to see if it was clogged and it was not so I searched for a repair place and came across Weiner’s Vacs. I saw that it was family owned, so I figured it was a great place to have it serviced. I took it in on Saturday and had it back on Monday. The cost for a basic tune up was $ 50, which is a lot cheaper than buying a new vacuum. I went home and tried it out and found that it was as good as new. I was very pleased with their work and knowledge. I will definitely recommend to others!

This place has been a Pikesville/Baltimore staple since the dawn of time. Well, maybe not that long. But long enough. My family has been buying vacs here for years. Mr. Weiner is a real gem, and he and his family that work here go up and above normal customer service standards. Prices are reasonable, and again, they are the nicest people you’ll encounter.
