As a real estate agent, I refer all sorts of contractors. But I only continue to refer to those who do the best work. This is a carpet cleaning firm that cleans other things like ceramic flooring, oriental rugs, etc. Although the owner Dan Watt will be humble and say he may not be able to get a stain out of a carpet, I have never had the experience of him not being able to do it! A lot of carpet cleaners will do the job and two days later the stain will reappear. Or the carpet will be soaking wet when they are finished. Not here! He is not the cheapest game in town, but he is certainly the best I have found. I have used his services for at least 6 years now and will continue to for his honesty and dedication to his work. We were referred to Dan by Gail Nyman of ReMax United Real Estate in Dunkirk, MD when we had some blood stains on our beige carpet. First we tried some home remedies (bad idea — actually helps set the stain, as we later learned) and then Dan came to our rescue. The neat part about dealing with Dan is that he will tell you right up front if he thinks he can’t get the stain out. I like that honest, forthright approach. The reality is, however, that he CAN get out most stains. Great service, great guy.
