LDG claims they have no record of me ever using their unacceptable and poor service added with the mean spirited disposition of telling me to never use their service again when they made a potentially deadly mistake on the brakes of my husbands Ford F150. However, they claim to have new ownership and should be penalized for past reputation of the former owner Larry Quinn. LDG didn’t realize that my last name was different — my husband died so I use my new name now. While I agree new owners shouldn’t be penalized with a bad rap from others — make a good name for yourselves with excellent work NOW and don’t worry about old ratings.
