Tom has severely disappointed me. He has been servicing the sprinkler system at our home since he installed it in 1998, opening and closing it every year without an issue. Taking and storing the lake pump over the winter each year. Only in the last few years has it been like pulling teeth to even get a phone call from Tom. He never answers the phone and never returns a phone call. Each year it takes longer and longer for him to open our sprinkler system often not until June. This year I called 8 times in the month of May and never heard anything. Finally June 9th I got someone to state they were going to deliver my pump to my home only to find out that when I got home the didn’t install it, they left the pump on my driveway and that was it. What horrible customer service Sunburst provides unfortunately I will not be using them again ever for any landscaping needs. Furthermore, after finally speaking with Tom directly his only response was maybe this isn’t working out for me. At what point does a customer whose home you have been servicing for years become an inconvenience? All I asked for was a phone call to let me know the status and I never received one. Tom has lost a customer and any further referrals for the family members I have in Owosso.
