It really is as good as it gets if you want fresh the next step up from catching it yourself. Reminds me of the old school markets. You go to the meat market to get meat, The fruit market for fruits, baker for bread and the fish monger for fish. Not many oceans around Southeast, Michigan, but then there is Lulu’s Fish Market. A REAL fish market with Southern Florida Catch of whatever the Captain has brought in to be iced and shipped to Oxford, Michigan… How Awesome!
