Found a dead opossum in my backyard, it looked like it had been there a while. I called Allcritter at 6:30 in the evening and they were at my house by 8:15 the same evening. Really friendly and quick! Would recommend them to others!

They do come out quickly but never finish the work. They required payment before the attic vermin removal job with full exclusion was completed. Now Ten months later, they have not finished the work. I have flys all over my house every day; must be something dead in the attic again. Nice folks but buyer beware!

Called a couple companies on a Sunday. Many of them did not pick up. A couple picked up, but said they will not be able to arrive until at least Tuesday. I wanted these animals out of my attic because (1) they were keeping us up at night and (2) they may bite into something dangerous, like electrical wires. Ricki and Steven came out a couple hours after we called, on a Sunday night, and found the problem. They put in traps and sealed my home to prevent critters from entering again. They were extremely nice when we met them. It wasn’t a sales tactic because they kept the same attitude weeks later when everything was removed and it was time to clean up. It is a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in providing great customer service. It takes several appointments to resolve a critter problem — they were always on time.

I called Ricki and Steven of All Critter on a Sunday morning and they were at my house that same afternoon (they even worked around a birthday party my daughter had to attend that day).
This family owned company treated me as though my family and home was THEIR highest priority.
I’m a mother with two small children and when I realized my small rodent problem may have multiplied, I needed immediate help.
Ricki and Steven were friendly, knowledgeable, and understood my critter concern (and my critter crazies). They were able to remove the rodents in the first two days they were at my house. I tried and failed at removal for two weeks prior to hiring All Critter.
I would recommend All Critter to anyone with any and all critter concerns.
