Worst arbys ever!
Slow and very unenthusiastic employees!
I’ve eaten here numerous times, thinking maybe, just maybe it’ll get better, but no!

If there were 6 stars available, this Arbys would deserve 7.
Let me back up. I was born and raised in Oxford, OH. I have been a loyal customer to this Arbys for as long as I can remember. Not to mention Arbys is my favourite fast-​food chain in The America. I have been travelling all around western Ohio to visit all the Arbys’.
Despite going to over 7 Arbys’, something seems special about the location in Oxford. There is something special about black top, steep curbs, and confusing drive-​through lane that makes me love this Arbys.
I will never forget; however, that cold winter evening on December 14^th, 2013 when they messed up my order. Although I clearly recall ordering a side of onion rings (my favourite treat) when I opened my bag, they were not there.
My favourite part about going to Arbys is the warm grease steam that hits your face when opening the bag. Looking back on that December night, I have no regrets. It was a growing process for me. Similar to when my cat Mr. Fluffly passed away earlier this year.
R.I.P. Fluffy 2013 – 2014.

This Arby’s goes out of the way to make customers comfortable. Although the food is standard Arby’s fare, having wifi, providing the morning paper, and calling customers by name make this spot special.
