Good as far as I’ve experienced. Had warranty work for brand new BlueStar range. They were prompt in calling to schedule service (2 days from the call — not 2 weeks!), and though a part they needed to complete service wasn’t received from the manufacturer, they came out anyway to help with a fix that would get me through until it arrived. Courteous, prompt on arrival, knowledgeable. You can’t ask for more.
