Champagne Toast

My wife and I hired Champagne Toast for my wedding (in November of 2014) because my brother had used them for his wedding, and I’d loved the flow of the music during their reception.
My wife and I weren’t necessarily easy to work with — we mostly met over Skype and filled out all the forms over e-​mail because of how difficult it was scheduling things in the busy weeks before the wedding. Some of our requests for the songs for important things (Mother/​son dance) were obscure, involved complicated instructions, and we didn’t get them to Ken and Don until very shortly before the actual ceremony. We were probably pretty vague on what kind of music we wanted besides that we wanted it to be easy to dance to and what kind of a crowd we had.
None of that mattered, because Champagne Toast knew exactly what they were doing. Without ever being intrusive, they made the ceremony and reception move along smoothly and kept everyone’s energy up. They worked closely with our venue and with us on timeline without being pushy (and we were slow), and made it easy for us to just forget ourselves, dance, and enjoy being married. Everyone, young and old, hit the dance floor at some point, and there were never any complaints about the music.
Our only minor complaints: we did have to mention that my wife wasn’t taking my name more than once, and at times it was difficult to get in touch. We had also asked for them not to take requests, but they did eventually announce that they were taking them.

My husband and I hired Brian Plouffe form Champagne Toast for our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made for a DJ. We have attended many wedding and have seen all types of DJs, but Brian really was by far the most professional, courteous, pleasant, and of course fun to work with! We have so many compliments about his service that I had to write a review. He really knew the events of our wedding inside and out from the procession all the way to the last dance. He took requests and got the crowd going. we could request almost anything and he had it. from polkas, to tarantellas, to pop and hip hop. He really kept the party going! He went above and beyond my expectations and it was one thing I did not have to worry about all night, the music was phenomenal!
