I contacted Core Remodeling Services after seeing some of their work at a neighbor’s house. The work was exceptionally well done. The owner spoke very highly of the company. We contacted Core Remodeling for repair of some ice dam damage and the entire operation was first class from start to finish. The owner personally came to our house and spent a lot of time with us explaining his proposal. The work was done promptly and with absolutely ZERO headaches. All phone calls, texts, and emais were returned promptly. The crew was completely trustworthy. The work was expertly done. If you are looking for a soup to nuts contracting company that does excellent work at a fair price, your search is now over, If you are looking for some lowball, sleazeball company that you find on the back page of the comic books, go somewhere else.

I called to set up an appointment for them come by for an estimate to remodel my kitchen. The woman who answered the phone asked what my budget was, I said about 30,000.00 She then started to lecture me and told me that it could not be done for 30,000. I was a bit taken aback but asked her to have someone call me back. They never did and I suspect she never relayed the message. Not a way to run a business, very unprofessional.

We used Core Remodeling to construct a 12×18 deck on my mother-in-law’s house after a Winter collapse of the old deck. We found the company through their booth at the Worcester Home Show, and after a quick 5 minute discussion at a very busy venue, we could tell the professionalism of the company. After an initial phone discussion, Corey (Owner) provided a very detailed proposal and estimate of the work to be done, clarifying any questions I had quickly. The insurance check we received was not sufficient to cover the cost of the deck, so we turned to Cory for help. He reviewed the insurance estimate, he then met with their adjuster at the work site to point out all the issues with the initial insurance estimates, and was able to negotiate a larger insurance payout so the job could be done right and up to the current building code. Due to this effort by Corey, there was no out-​of-​pocket cash outlay by my mother-​in-​law, which was really key to this entire project. All phone calls were returned on time, e-​mails were answered timely and overall the communication process was great. The work was done as the timeline was laid out, no missed appointments or unscheduled delays. The project manager, Mike, was on the job the entire time and was able to walk me through any questions I had regarding the specific deck or the building code in general. Mike was always polite and informative, keeping us informed of progress; I think he went above and beyond. The office staff was also very professional, nice and polite.
Overall, I would recommend Core Remodeling for any construction needs one might have. The experience was smooth and pleasant, the people I dealt with were knowledgeable, the work was timely and the deck came out great. My mother-​in-​law could not be happier with the end results.

Core remodeling is an a+ contractor. I had all my windows replaced, rot removed and sills replaced. Dave was impeccable. I will be using them again.

They provided a very professional proposal that had all the details of the job. Very impressive. It was what sold us on using this contractor. They always returned phone calls promptly and answered all our questions. They worked with us to design a deck that met all our needs. They worked with the building inspector to make him happy as well as us. Even though it was cold down by the lake and the walkway up to the driveway was killer, they did it all with a smile. They had to stop work due to multiple snow storms, so they protected all the supplies for the winter until the spring when they were back on the job without us having to prompt them at all. The professionalism and pride of workmanship in their organization, from start to finish is unmatched. I have no reservations about referring CORE Remodelling Services, Inc. to anyone.

Core helped us with the first phase of a kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We have two infants, and Dave, the project lead, was very respectful of our space and needs. He kept noise and dust to a minimum, and communicated with us constantly to let us know what was happening and when. Corey and Dave even made sure that their subcontractors respected our needs. Dave is a details guy, and takes pride in his work, which is obvious in the workmanship. He made adjustments when unexpected issues came up, and went out of his way to identify and help correct some issues that weren’t strictly in the scope of the work. Most importantly, we were very happy with the final product, and we would definitely hire Core again.

These guys exceeded my expectations. Work was done within budget and on-​time. Very professional and I would highly recommend them for your next project.
